Class 1: We will cover Introduction to Pyrography, Material and equipment, preparation, safety, patterns and transferring, finishes and sealants, demonstrations and techniques.
Classes 2-4: Students will progress through there own project with the instructor to aid them through the process and answer questions. I will also continue to give demonstrations and give more tips at the beginning of each class.

Materials you need to bring:1. Wood Burning pen and tip/tips
2. Graphite paper
3. Pencil
4. Wood (between 5x7 and 8x10)
Wood should be basswood, I
recommend round or plaque.
I will not require materials or any equipment for the first class for those who would prefer to participate in the class before they decide what to purchase. However you may bring your burner to begin practice if you wish. I will provide wood for each student to practice on.

I recommend a lamp-dimming extension cord, but it is not required, and I will bring one to show students what they can get and explain why it is helpful.
Students may bring there own pattern if they wish,
or may chose from patterns that I will provide.
Instructor will provide:
Sand paper, steel wool, eraser, scissors, patterns, razor blade, tape, and other things you may need for students to use. I will also help you clean tips if needed.
If you have any further questions, please e-mail me at Admin@Silverfoxart.com or call me at (801) 985-1308.
I look forward to seeing you there.
